What is the Participating Dealer？
A Participating Dealer may act for its own account or the account of its Customer(s) in making creation and redemption applications. Each Participating Dealer must:
(i)be licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”) of Hong Kong for Type 1 (dealing in securities) regulated activity pursuant to the Securities and Futures Ordinance;
be a participant of CCASS; and
if it wishes to create and redeem in gold, it should have experience and capable of trading and handling physical precious metal.
