Change Particulars

The Customer could complete and send “Change of the Customer’s Particulars Form” by fax to +852-2866-6804 or by email to:etf@redfordsec.com. After receiving the form and being verified, the Company will update the Customer’s particulars according to its request. Under normal circumstances, counted from the receipt of the form and being verified, the Customer’s particulars will be successfully updated and the Company’s confirmation email will be sent to the Customer within five Business Days.
