Physical Gold Creation
| Enter the Redford’s Account Opening Procedures for Value Gold ETF (3081.HK/83081.HK)

| After the Account is opened, inform the Customer that Creation of Units is now available
|
| Redford calculates the Amount of Deposit (including Cash Component, Service Fees,etc.) and Physical Gold Bullion to be remitted by the Customer base on the number of Creation of Units
|
| T+0 : Complete and submit the Creation of Units application form to the fund manager base on the number of Creation of Units(Count from the date that Redford officially submitted the application form to the Fund Manager)
|
| T+1 ：Transaction Processing
|
T+3 ：Inform the Customer that the Creation of Units is completed successfully (Around 3 business days after the date that Redford officially submitted the application form to the Fund Manager)
|
Notes：* It is feasible to transfer the physical gold directly to the HKIA Precious Metals Depository account under the name of the Client
