If customer(s) wants to use our services for the Value Gold ETF(3081.HK/83081.HK), the customer(s) shall open a securities account in our company first, then open a dedicated account of Value Gold ETF(3081.HK/83081.HK) for trading*.
The Customer shall apply in person by visiting the office of the Company and completing the application procedure with assistance from the customer services officer of the Company, while the Customer shall agree and accept the following opening code and arrangement**:
* If client(s) lives outside of Hong Kong and cannot open an account in person, client(s) can hire an international notary to notarize and signing all copy of documents for the account opening which are listed below.** All aforementioned arrangements about the account opening will be updating from time to time subject to the changes of the【Terms and Conditions】
Must complete all relevant forms including but not limited to 【Value Gold ETF (3081/83081HK) Account Registration Form (Individual/Joint) – E-Form 01 or Value Gold ETF (3081/83081HK) Account Registration Form (Corporation) – E-Form 02】and submitted together with the documents as mentioned below.
Individual/Joint Customer should create an account with the Company in person. And must complete all relevant forms including but not limited to [Value Gold ETF (3081/83081HK) Account Registration Form (Individual/Joint) – E-Form 01]
Individual/Joint Customer is required to submit the below Original documents to complete the account application process:
Original Identity card/Passport issued by Government;
Original Proof of Address within Two (2) months such as utility bill or bank statement which showing the Customer’s name and current address; and
Original Proof of Bank Account within Two (2) months such as Bank Passbook or Bank Statement or Bank’s Reference Letter.
Corporate Customer should create an account with the Company in person. And must complete all relevant forms including but not limited to [Value Gold ETF (3081/83081HK) Account Registration Form (Corporation) – E-Form 02]
Corporate Customer is required to submit the below Original documents to complete the account application process:
Originals of all Directors/Shareholders Identity Card/Passport issued by the Government;
Originals of Proof of Address for all Directors/Shareholders within Two (2) months such as utility bill or bank statement which showing their name and current address;
Certificate of Incorporation Copy;
Business Registration Copy;
Memorandum & Articles of Association Copy;
Register of Directors & Register of Shareholders Copy;
Latest Annual Return Copy; and
Original Proof of Bank Account within Two (2) months such as Bank Passbook or Bank Statement or Bank’s Reference Letter issued by the Bank.
(The Customer shall also provide other documents issued by the offshore government authority or offshore registered agent if the Company incorporated outside Hong Kong.)
